Employer Consent Form

By checking the box below, I confirm and agree that:

1. I have requested EmikanConnect to identify and introduce a suitable worker to me.
2. I agree to pay GHS 300.00 to EmikanConnect after a successful placement, defined as the worker reporting to duty and being accepted by me.
3. I understand that the employment relationship is strictly between the worker and me.
4. I release EmikanConnect from any liability arising after placement.
5. I commit to providing a safe and respectful working environment in line with Ghanaian laws.
